Sam Chapman is the Co-Founder of Larcha Homes and owner of Echo Homes, bringing together extensive experience in leadership, construction and project delivery. For over a decade, he has led production lines and teams while building a strong reputation in residential construction project management within Northland.
His hands-on experience spans relocatable homes, renovations, new home developments and managing projects from concept through to completion. Having worked across all aspects of the residential building industry, Sam understands that great homes are built on quality workmanship, clear communication and practical solutions.
Larcha Homes was created from Sam's passion for delivering well-designed, high-quality homes that offer flexibility and value without compromising on quality.
His vision is simple: to create homes that are built efficiently, designed thoughtfully and made to suit the way New Zealanders live today.

Matt Larsen is a Co-Founder of Larcha Homes, bringing a practical foundation and a strong background in high-compliance project delivery to the business.
Matt began his career in the cabinet making industry, where he developed an early understanding of workmanship, detail, materials and the importance of getting the finish right. He later moved into the oil and gas construction industry, gaining experience across large-scale industrial construction, maintenance and operational services.
Since 2015, Matt has worked in oil and gas production and maintenance services, where the work depends on critical planning, safety, documentation, contractor coordination and quality control. That high-compliance industrial projects background has shaped the way he approaches Larcha Homes, applying that same discipline to residential construction. Larcha Homes relies on licensed builders, designers, engineers and specialist trades for the technical building execution.
For Matt, Larcha Homes is about giving clients confidence through clear processes, practical communication and a well-managed pathway from design through to delivery. The goal is to combine quality homes with the structure, accountability and coordination needed to make the building process simpler, more predictable and easier to trust.
